Each project has its own distinct personality and architectural design must incorporate the goals of the owner/developer of that project. Other considerations in the design are budget, surroundings, type of construction, landscape, use of structure, street traffic, pedestrian traffic, lighting, electrical, heating and cooling, energy consumption, views, natural lighting, utility access, parking, etc. I offer a free initial consultation on a project to discuess these considerations and to develop a pricing proposal of my services for consideration.
Ski Side Village Villas
Our design philosophy for the Ski Side Village was to create a contemporary, serene environment for people to enjoy during their brief stay at the Village. Our color selections reflected a warm and inviting relaxation environment.
The furniture selected was practical for high traffic use yet provides a home away from home feel. The budget for this project was our top priority in addition to making this a beautiful space.
